We retained Doug Clark as our MEDIATOR in a family trust case because he's known for his deep knowledge of Nevada trust law. I found he's great at MEDIATION because he understands people and has empathy. He finds ways to get people to agree. Plus his demeanor is calming and he's nonjudgmental.
