Don't bother with these folks. Fell at a local garage, had pictures of the site and police reports explaining the fall and my injuries (painful after 2 months and looking to surgery on torn rotator cuffs, 2 months of PT and home exercises, cellulitis on my injured shin, scars on the palms of my hands, etc. etc. etc.). Called these guys and spoke to Casey. Sent all the documentation and pics to her, as she requested. She promised me a call back almost 2 weeks ago....NO WORD FROM HER OR ANY OTHER STAFF PERSON IN THIS FIRM! Very first thing Casey said to me after I told her what happened and where it occurred was, "They're a quais-governmental organization so you'll only be able to get $100K". Seems they were only interested in their payday and cut. So unprofessional. Found another attorney here in Reno who is very helpful and ready to proceed. If you're injured, don't waste a moment with this firm.

Was rear-ended by a Drivers Education Teacher who was eating and drinking tea ,sneezed and ran into me. Hurt my neck , have a lump in neck now. Spent 3 years fighting this. And walked away with $1800. Losey lawyer. Should report to Bar association. He was all about the other party. She's so nice, she's so nice he said..WHAT??? Would say anything like I won't take my cut. He got more than me..Do't Trust them.
