Run for the hills if you decide to do business with these people. Yes they come off as very Polite, very professional and very convincing on how knowledgeable they are....However they seem to be experts ONLY when it is convenient for them and take your money, after that “good luck” with even getting anyone to help you. There paralegal Joel Parra has no clue what he’s doing and is extremely unperfesional and rude with no knowledge of what he’s doing. Please, please!! do not do business here. I will be filling a complaint with the state bar regarding my experience with this man.

I found Joel, owner of Nevada Paralegal Center, to be above-average with customer service, and Nevada Paralegal Center to be a Veteran-Friendly business with a Veterans / Military Discount and accommodating to we disabled Veterans for our Special-Needs due to our military service connected disabled disabilities.

This man who answered the phone was so rude. Before I could ask a question he demanded my name. I told him he didn't need my name. Again he jumped down my throat growling what is your name. Who would want to do business with a nasty mean person like this ? I called the Secretary of State to see if he had a proper license. Maybe this is a cover business for something else ??? !!!

After years of wanting to, finally changed my last name. Joel was fantastic, the process so much easier than I thought, as well as much less expensive than going through a 'lawyer'. Joel was kind, considerate, humorous too (always a plus for me) and within a very short time, I finally got the last name I always wanted for much less than expected! Anytime I had a question, Joel was super fast in getting in touch with me and explaining any/all things I wanted to know about, and he made sure I was comfortable with the answers so I didn't feel like I was lacking in information. I am so pleased with my experience and recommend them to anyone who needs legal help.
