I watched this attorney go to the mat on a Second Amendment case in Washoe County when the Judge refused to instruct the jury on the Nevada self-defense law even when the jury came back and asked! They hung voting in favor of an acquittal. He was so effective that the DA's office dropped the charges and didn't retry the case. He's the guy you want next to you when you need a lawyer.

Byron Bergeron is not only a great attorney, but he also is so educated about the law and knows the system here in Nevada. I retained Mr. Bergeron for my 18 year old daughter who was facing some major misdemeanor charges that could of followed her for 7 years as well as would have impacted her future. He not only communicated with me every time I called, but he also gave me his time and attention to all of my questions during this process. Like another review here I disagree with the communication issue as one needs to understand that this gentleman has more than one client. He was dressed professionally and was early for court. He ended up getting one charge completely dismissed and the other was plead down to a minor misdemeanor that will not effect my daughters life at all plus there was no fine.
