Keenan Hawkins of Mobo Law was very effective in quickly helping me handle a tricky tenant lease termination situation in Reno. Although the laws in Nevada are quite landlord-friendly, there are many legal details required in properly delivering notices to tenants. Keenan let me know my various options while strategizing on the best way to insure that the tenant vacated without incident. In the end, he prepared a contract that made me feel secure in releasing some of the security deposit early in exchange for the tenant leaving on time. Had I not had the attorney's guidance, who knows if the tenant would have vacated and I may have been out way more money in having to evict. This company and the attorneys they employ have had no moral standards, in my opinion. I was never allowed to negotiate a deal at all or arrange a meeting with the attorney who was only after my kids' and their fathers money, homes, & livelihood. I'm being held accountable for hundreds of thousands of dollars spent to Jennifer Schaller to literally put our kids through hell with no parent for two years due to her lack of integrity & standards. And now the behavior issues the spectrum child is displaying are ridiculous.

If you care about your kids at all, you wouldn't ever want to touch this place no matter where you stand. It's like the man catering attorney Susan York who I love.... but this entire firm is strictly anti-family. Just don't.
