Took deposit did nothing and now refusing to give back money I guess I'll be seeing him in court to get my money back

The worst attorney possible. Only takes money and doesn't do the job. Very disorganized with paperwork. Never answer the phone, never calls back. Always on vacation spending our money. Not submitting the paperwork to uscis.gov...and says that he did. Horrible!!! Don't hire him! I gave 1 star but it's to much...Regret hiring him and wish that smth can be done to take my money back, cause instead of making my case easy he made it more complicated....
