Beats waiting in line in M V A. We were in and out in 6 minutes. I love this place. They also help with title problems for older classic cars. She was assisting someone with a classic car problem while I was there. I was impressed.

Awesome, friendly service. Very helpful. Took care of everything for me, in about 15 minutes.
Will be coming back!

Zero stars. Quite literally the worst title/tag experience I've ever had. Registered my truck to the wrong address (a previous one which has been sold), without confirming with me after being rude and abrupt. I foolishly went back because of the convenient location but will definitely never do that again. The whole place reeked of cigarettes, and she was out smoking on the front sidewalk as I came in. She walked in asked what I needed and then proceeded to yell at me that I was not able to do it.

Very friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. Worth the $60 processing fee for title transfer. No extra charge to pay with credit card.

They over charge and do not tell you what they are charging for. $507 total for a tag and title transfer. Included is a $65 convenience fee. Recommend you go somewhere else.

Terrible experience. Have always used the MVA, but decided to try this place for convenience. Walked in and asked what the fee was that would be charged above the MVA fees and was told $50. When I got home, my husband looked at the credit card receipt, which was all I got, and thought it looked high and asked for the itemized receipt. Didn't get one. Called the next day and the person was able to look it up. $65 fee to the shop and a $20 fee for using a credit card which she never mentioned and wasn't posted anywhere. The credit card fee was a 3% charge. Did the math on my bill. 3% equaled $16. Went back to the shop and gave her my story. She handed me $15 and said that was it. I asked about the $20. She said every business charges a credit card fee. Uhm? I said, "so I guess you just rounded it up to an even $20". She looked at me angrily and said I was only getting the $15 I already had. Never again.

Terrible place to go..lady that works there is very rude, I walked in and she was on the phone with a friend of hers, and made us wait like 10 minutes before she got to us (only customer in there at that time) She also said it was rude that my daughter was on the phone while being in there (she likes it quite) and she even yelled at me about being rude when she was the one being rude, I just called her out on it... Everytime a customer walked in, she made it seem like she was being disturbed.. She refused to work with me after 5:30... they are open til 6... just take an extra few minutes to drive to another tag and title place if you want better customer service. Zero stars if I could.. I would recommend this place get rid of this particular lady (pretty sure it's the one all the other reviews are about) and hire a more professional person. Someone with a better attitude and someone that doesn't dress like a bum...

Wow. This has got to be the worst.
If you need tags or titles do not go to this location. I took my papers twice and each occasion the Lady behind the desk would call me later to inform me that there was something missing. On the 3rd attempt I dropped off the papers. 8 days later I stop by. They do not know if they are ready. They can’t get hold of the driver and he works when he feels like it.
Express they call themselves.
Finally when the lady realized I was not leaving she gets hold of the driver. Within 1 hour. That was almost 2 hours ago.

they don't even deserve a star. they sent the title to the incorrect address and also need some serious customer service training

Worse than the MVA, I've been going here for years to register anything from cars to motorcycles just because of the convenience of being so close to home. This most recent time was the last that I will be taking my buisness there. Everytime I visit this buisness is a bad experience, the lady that works there; owner? Has zero customer service skills and treats customers like second class citizens as if it's an inconvenience that your there. Today I went to register a trailer and I asked how much the tags were, and she replied $24...I never have registered a trailer and had no clue how much it would be, so we continued with paperwork and she told me it came up to over $300. I asked for a breakdown of the prices and she said she couldn't provide it until I paid. At that point I told her that I would have to wait to get it tagged and come back. She didn't say a word and handed me the title back and proceeded to do more paperwork, I waited there for a minute or two and then she looked up and told me I could leave after ignoring me. All in all I would tell and potential customers to do everything in your power to avoid this buisness at all costs and take your business elsewhere, if I could give 0 stars I would

Wow, where do I start. I'm not sure how a tag and title can be a worse experience than the actual MVA, but this place was. The sole employee (owner?) is an abrasive charmer who seems to make it up as she goes along. Avoid at all costs.
