Retracting my 5 star review. After Shawn left things went downhill. No one has bothered to contact me about a new case after several attempts. No email or phone calls, nothing. Even though I was a PAYING client in the past. Like another review said. They treat you like a nuisance.

The lawyers help me work on my case. Even if you're financially stuck, I recommend a consultation with them.

Shawn Hrotic and Joe Capristo took all my daughters money and they never got it back. We were abused for their financial gain, as they intentionally knew the law and pretended it was something other than it was in order to simply make money off of our being naive on the law :( I do not recommend them.

Harris & Capristo has been the Greatest law firm I ever used. Joe Capristo has been my lawyer for the last five years dealing with child custody. I have now used him on three different cases and words can't explain how great he does. He is very good at what he does and he puts all his effort into doing his job!!!! The staff does a good Job and is very good at communication. If you need a attorney for anything give them a call, deafly would recommend. I'm very satisfied so I will be using them in the future as a attorney.
