Horrible company. They never call you back but will garnish your wages

Unfortunately there is no option of zero stars to rate this firm. The lack of professionalism by its staff is a disgrace. Specifically a paralegal who was identified as Erica. She was crude, disrespectful, unprofessional, short and possessed a serious inability to answer a question, a very specific question. I ended my conversation with her by saying ok thank you. She replied with a sarcastic "yep". People should not be so quick to be uncaring and place judgment because people have debt. It boggles my mind that people who work for debt collectors in some form give off the illusion that they don't have debt. At some point, life happens to everyone. Show some humility Erica or it will be just a matter of time that your attitude forces you to become humble. Shame in you Gregory Alexandrides for hiring such people!

If I had an option to give zero stars I would. This place is a complete nightmare. I would write a longer review but I've already spent too much time on the phone with them that I can't get back to justify any more seconds of my life talking about them.

Hello. Upfront, I have no personal experience with the Alexandrides Law Office. So, this statement is neither for or against the practice. (I had to give a 1-star rating just to make this post.) As a home owners association (HOA) board member, I strongly recommend that residents work with their respective HOAs when their ability to pay their assessments is affected. Once your account reaches the Alexandrides Law Office, your HOA board becomes less able to assist you or even communicate with you about your situation. Your costs will only increase (legal fees, interest, collection costs, etc.). So, if you're behind on your HOA assessments, PLEASE contact your HOA board or HOA management company to make a workable payment plan. I've read the Google ratings. I've also seen the list of "aged" account balances. As an HOA board member, I will work to assist my fellow home owners as best I can.

Everyone in this office is rude and does not return your call or email if you get on the phone they tell you to send an email and they never respond. I'm asking for an itemized statement to review so I can clear my account and the can never be obtained. They are not ethical in their business practice and if you do a google search you will see they have many complaints and they continue to be unprofessional and unethical. What can be done with lawyers like this who are so so bad?

This is the worse experience ever. The attorney's do not return phone calls, the emails are not responded to. This office is unprofessional. I am going to have to see what is the next step. I was trying to not even give a star, however it will not allow you to post.

Just like another person mentioned, this firm is a complete fraud. They denied my payment plan even though it was well within their 12 month payoff requirement (my offer settled the debt in 6 months). They lied about serving me documents and had a judgement suit done without me being present, they immediately filed a garnishment request and did the same thing. All while I was sending payments in to them, they still sought a judgement and garnished one of my bank accounts. This is a very deceptive firm that lies and defrauds the court and the courts are doing nothing to hold them accountable. I hope someone creates a class action suit against them on multiple violations.

This law firm is unprofessional, incompetent, and are insistent on unethical practices all in the name of collecting HOA fees. Calling the office is a waste of time as you will be placed on hold for a long time, lied to about files being “in the attorney’s office” and asked to provide a number for a call back. A call that will never happen. This law firm is not willing to work with people to resolve a delinquency; they deny payment plans, file lawsuits in court, and attempt to garnish wages.This firm falsified documents in order to lie about serving me court documents. I never received them. They lied about who signed for the documents (the description and signature was false). My rental property was in my maiden name, so they assumed my husband had the same last name. WRONG!! They forged his signature and claimed he signed using my maiden name. Why would he do that? We never received any documentation to appear in court. Therefore, I didn’t show up to defend myself and a judgement was made against me. All of my efforts to resolve this delinquency were ignored. When my husband and I came into the office in-person, we were given attitude and lies. We sent a document via return receipt and they never signed the receipt saying they received the documents. The return receipt was in my file. Theresa, a paralegal, discussed our file in the lobby as she claimed she didn’t have an office. She then proceeded to walk into her office and said that we could not come in due to client confidentiality. That should have been stated in the beginning. Her attitude and demeanor was very unprofessional. This law office treats people with delinquencies unfairly. Everyone that walks in the office is not angry. We came to pay the debt in full. People with delinquencies still deserve to be treated with decency and respect. They profile certain people and assume that because a debt is owed, they don’t deserve to be treated with respect. This law office is the worst!!! And they behave this way because there is no consequence for their actions. I hope this review helps someone else.

EXTREMELY TERRIBLE place to do business! You leave a message and they never call back! You have to email them to get a print out of your account and that can take 30-45 days. They have no patience over the phone whenever you do get thru the line... just a pay me what's owed and we'll sort out the rest attitude. You'll end up over paying with them and they won't refund you your money just send it to the HOA as an overage payment. I hope to NEVER come across these crooks again!

I just call regarding assistance an a Paralegal told me “I don’t have all day for you” and slammed the phone down and hung up on me. I’m looking at my phone log and I was literally talking to her for 2 minutes. HORRIBLE Customer Service!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I do not know how this practice is still in business. One of the worst companies I have ever encountered. Horrible service and extremely disorganized. I do not know how Erica and Imani manage to keep their jobs with their horrible manners and service, they must know the owner. Horrible company!

Terrible place worst service.

This is an awful law firm. George is very rude/unprofessional attorney who doesn't respond to calls or emails. They only time you get his attention is while he is at court. They are all money hungry and charge you a additional fees and interest...

Called for information for a notice that was delivered to my house but the person on the letter didn’t live here. Asked for my personal info which I didn’t give them wanted me to do research and call them back so they could look up what it was about. They said it would take hours to search for the name on the notice. Guess that person isn’t going to get their letter from this office because I’m not committing a federal offense to help them.

I had a serious problem with my HOA. Dealing with payments, therefore I wasn't able to receive my new parking permit. I was making payments to the the Attorney. However the HOA had no accountability of my payments. The Law office was very helpful and expedit the issue with the HOA. Within a day I was able to pickup my parking permit. Thanks a million for a job will done. Thank you to my HOA!

This office is COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! Now before you go thinking I'm slandering them, here me out. My HOA failed to properly file paperwork transferring my HOA to me from the original owner. The HOA management company, Simmon's Management (also incompetent), then turned the account, still in the original owners name, despite cashing the check to transfer the account to my name, over to this office. I have LITERALLY spent the last 4+ months trying to communicate with this office. In all that time, only one person has replied, and only done so twice, once via a one line email and the other in a VERY RUDE phone call, despite dozens of phone calls made from my end (and I left messages) and several emails. He told me he would look into my dispute and then hasn't replied to a single email or call since, well over a month ago. That's what you will have to put up with if you ever deal with this office.

Absolutely Rude and incompetent at their jobs. I've never met anyone trying to collect any kind of a debt who made it so physically impossible to settle it with them, but I guess now I stand corrected. They're aren't even deserving of one star.

This law office has paralegals that leave you on hold for 20 plus minutes, give inaccurate information, and are just incompetent. They will wait for you to finish paying your agreement and then try and sue you for fees and services. This is a terrible company, they are scam artist. BEWARE

This law office is definitely a rip off, they have incompetent workers that has no knowledge when it comes to your account. Definitely will report them to the BBB.

This law office took the time to send me a 5 letter bill (listing out even the MD Code pertaining to their issue) but when I went to pay the account they gave me a scrap paper 2 inch receipt.

The receipt failed to acknowledge who I was paying and what I was paying to settle.

When I raised the issue of their incompetence they settled the matter by stamping the scrap piece of paper on the back.

If you need a lawyer, find one with a higher level of professionalism.
