Short staffed, very selective about who they help.

Wonderful non-profit organization for vets in need of representation. I received a call from them just before I was ready to give up on my VA disability case (began in 2007). I received an encouraging call from them to help me go forward. My assigned lawyer has done a great and through ob representing me in the Court of Veteran Appeals system and negotiating with Veteran lawyers. Thank you!

They wasted about a year and half of my time. I'm trying to correct an my dd214. Mostly me contacting them through email. I never spoke with anyone about my case just told to give them the necessary documents. I continued to do my part and contacted them every couple of months. I was strung along up until processing when I received an email.
