I was very impressed by Mr. Rogers knowledge of my sons case and the time and attention that he gave it. I can truly say I walked away from this know that my son received the best representation he could have gotten that that this attorney actually cared!

I was the vice-president of an HOA and had to enforce bylaws for the community. I had a resident car towed after months of informer the person that they could not park in the visitor space as a resident. The person refused and when his car was towed he maliciously went to the magistrate and made a false statement that I threatened to harm him, made homophobic comments about him, etc. He also state I trespassed on his property when I took a picture of his vehicle in the visitor parking space. As a professional in the medical field he attempted to discredit, embarrass and destroy my character and effect my livelihood. He hoped that I would be arrested in front of everyone in the community.

I contacted Mr. Roger and informed of this and that I have a warrant for my arrest. He immediately told me when I got off work to go to the sheriff department and let them serve you the papers for court. I did just that after working 12hr shift at the hospital. I was served papers to come to court for trespassing and a order of protection. I sat down and spoke with attorney Rogers and informed him that this was all lies that this guy made up because he was towed. I showed him evidence from my security cameras on my home that this guy came on my property attempts to cause damage to my house about 1hour after his car was towed. Attorney Rogers gathered all the information and evidence I provided and appeared in court totally prepared with the evidence. Mr Rogers did such a phenomenal job in presenting the facts of the case and cross examining the plaintiff he did not even have to show the judge the video footage. The judge seen that the guy was totally lying about me threatening him and dismissed the case and told him that he needed to seek help.

Mr. Roges had to now also go to the court date for the trespassing claim, which he did. We showed up for the case and the plaintiff never showed up and the prosecutor requested for the case to be dismissed and it was.
When we were getting ready to leave the judge said that I needed to go have my fingers printed. Attorney Rogers was confused by that comment because the case was dismissed and I was not charged with anything. So, Mr. Rogers waited until the judge finished all his cases on the docket and requesting to speak with him. The Judge allowed him to approach the bench. He read from his law book and informed the judge that his client was not suppose to have fingers printed because I had not convicted of crime and the case was dismissed. The Judge was a substitute judge for the normal judge that day. The Judge reviewed it as well, looked at Mr. Rogers and said you are correct, thank you counsel.

The next day Mr. Rogers called me and said make sure that I get a copy of the disposition of the case. I went to the courthouse and requested a copy of the disposition and immediately noticed that the judge mistakenly checked the guilty box not the not guilty box. I was so upset and called Mr. Rogers and informed him what the judge did and he said do not worry he will get it corrected. So, he called the court reporter to ask for the record and she informed him that he was correct the judge mistakenly marked the wrong box. So, now Mr. Rogers and I have to come back to court another day to have the case corrected which meant having the case heard again. We go back to court for this and now the regular judge is there and Mr Rogers informed him of the mistake that was made and that the case was dismissed. He agreed and gave me personal apology for the mistake.

I tell my experience because Mr Rogers went above and beyond the call of duty. He is dedicated in getting justice for his clients and he knows his stuff. He not the first attorney that I had to deal with and I have never had one as thorough as him, so much as to bring his law book to the court to make sure what is presented is correct. I can not say enough great things about this attorney. I would definitely without any hesitation contact him again. A great attorney as this deserves to be a judge one day.
