I called because I saw the reviews and thought that I could maybe get some help. I was even more excited when I read the website and it said "free consultation". I called and set up an appointment (get a star for same day appointment). He called (late, but whatever, no biggie), he listened to my concerns and questions, then he told me that he could not give me legal advice and that it would be $2500 "retainer fee". I explained to him that the courts were not involved, that I just needed to know my rights. He said that he could not help me unless he was retained. I am posting this because I felt that his website was misleading and just thought others should know. I can not speak to his work in the courtroom!
