Not only that, she was working on other cases, answering phone calls, emailing while working w/me. I am paying $1000 for 30 mins of her time to help me with my application and at the expererience was not good at all. I came recommended to this place and I am never coming back. God knows if my application was sent correctly. To finish it off, I was handed the LAST page of the contract to sign (did not even receive a copy) and submitted a payment. Of course, I look hispanic and we are all ignorant, he dont need a copy of the contract. If you are planning to file an application, your better off going someplace else or doing it yourself. They handle so many cases and they dont seem too well organized. I will follow up on my case using a different firm.
