I have been working with Mr. Woehrle and his team off and on since 2016. They have always went above and beyond to handle any of my issues promptly. Trish and Marina are extremely efficient and their communication is top notch. Everyone is always so friendly, helpful and will put a worried mind at ease. DO NOT GO TO CAROLYN DAHLBERG FOR A CONTESTED DIVORCE! She DOES NOT KNOW what she is doing. With only seven years with the VA State Bar, she does not have the acumen to contest your case. I talked to the partner of Woehle, Dahlberg, Jones, etc Marcel Jones who recommended me to Carolyn Dahlberg, and he states that it is a lesson learned and he will continue to learn from my case. Her Daddy came in to testify on her behalf. It was NEVER agreed that he should do that. Along with Carolyn Dahlberg's attorney fees for appearance in court (she never argued in court as my attorney), I was also charged an extra $1000 when I was ambushed that her Dad was counsel on record in court to argue a motion that Carolyn Dahlberg should have been arguing. It is called bait and switch in business terms and that is illegal. Immediately she addressed the issue and she stated that "I'm so sorry, that was such a mistake." Even charged me their 18 percent monthly interest rate along with it. Daddy=Woehle (Owner of their four law firms) Daughter=Dahlberg.

I could not even get a straight answer from her when I questioned her about her arguments in my divorce. She "hemmed and hawed" in her response so I immediately acknowledged the fact that we were not prepared. The worst part is that my divorce case never went to trial after paying her $29,000 from my lifelong retirement funds. She always expresses to you that she has 3 kids to feed. Such sadness that an attorney does not have the experience. When I had important questions for her, she would always ask me for more money to get my divorce to trial (when I no longer had the money to get my case to trial after the $29,000 plus 18% monthly interest paid to her and very much on-time), she withdrew as my attorney. What a shame since I asked her from the very beginning when she had been retained, to argue for my court order spousal support that I have not been paid for 3.5 years. A LAWYER SHOULD FIGHT FOR THEIR CLIENT IF THEY KNOW WHAT THEIR CLIENT HAS ACTUALLY GONE THROUGH IN AN ADULTERY/ ABANDONMENT DIVORCE CASE. THIS HAS TO DO WITH AN ATTORNEY'S EXPERIENCE AS A FAMILY LAW / DIVORCE ATTORNEY. Because of her saying she knows what she is doing in a contested divorce case, I am now indigent to pursue my divorce anymore (she was my attorney for 2 years). I am 100 % certain I am her first client in a contested divorce case. If you can learn from my experience, ask upfront how much experience they have fighting for your cause ESPECIALLY in a contested divorce. She should have known from the very beginning what needed to be done. Shame on you Marcel Jones.

I wish that there is an organization to help persons get the relief they need in a divorce without being taking advantage of. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated to help me get my divorce case to trial, because I have no more funds anymore to reach that goal.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I had a free consultation scheduled with someone named "Joey" and I showed up 10 minutes early for that appointment, with no cars in the parking lot I figured it'd be quick. So I'm sitting in the carpet stained lobby while the receptionist and someone else are talking and laughing very loudly behind the door to the offices. So I wait ...and wait..and wait. Finally it's 15 minutes past my appointment time and nobody has called my name, all I hear is the receptionist and this other person still talking... so I left. I was very upset. I figured they don't need new clients if they can make someone wait like that and no other clients were there. Ridiculous! ( Update...the place isn't even this attorneys office anymore...just an empty building now!)

I hired Mr. Dahlberg in March of this year, to represent me in a custody battle. I have been very pleased with him and his staff’s efforts. They have been quick to respond to any questions or concerns I’ve had, and very willing to work with my needs. Mr. Dahlberg has been very knowledgeable about my case, and even with his busy schedule, makes me feel like my case and I are priority. I will continue to use Mr. Dahlberg and his staff’s services in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an attorney that is attentive, quick to respond, and willing to go to battle for you.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I am a past client of Mr. Dahlbergs. I had a scheduled phone interview with him for a new case, which he failed to call me. The ladies in the office are worthless.
Don't waste your time with this firm.

Watch these guys. I had Mark as my lawyer. I told them I wasn't available during certain times. Every call I got was during that time. Took me a month before I figured out what was going on. They'd call and leave a voicemail (charging .5 hrs). Then they'd type a letter and mail it to me saying they tried to call (charging .5 hrs). Then I'd call back and they'd tell me something like "just wanted to let you know we filed the paperwork" (and charged me .5 hrs). Then they'd type a letter mailing it to me saying they got a hold of me and what we talked about (charging .5 hrs). So something as simple a filing a request would cost me $500-600 ($150 doc prep and another 2-3 hrs billing). I called them to ask them to stop calling me outside of my availability and billing (they billed me for the call, kept calling, and typed up a letter and billed me for that). Then I called and told them to stop typing everything up and billing (they actually did listen to that, but you guess it, they billed me .5 hrs for the call). When I brought it up he smirked. A real jerk.

I couldn't find an attorney for my custody battle. My friends referred me to Mr. Marcel Jones. My court was scheduled for Tuesday. I called Mr. Jones on Monday. Surprisingly, Mr. Jones talked to me personally. I explained my situation and what I was fighting for. I told him my financial situation and he agreed to work with me and take my case. He was extremely professional and handled my case with care. He and his staff were responsive even with his busy schedule. I was very nervous around my court date, but Mr. Jones kept his cool and helped me through it. He did an awesome job!! I was very satisfied with his services! I would recommend him to anyone!

B Baldwin promised me my previously determined divorced decree arrears with interest, in a timely manner as the ct determined to be at 6 mos and that future payments would be garnished from DFAS as originally ordered in the first decree. It took 1 yr and I still don't have anything accomplished! In the meantime, my $5,000 deposit was dissolved. My ex is back to not sending my property settlement payment again. My ex used my lawyer as his own, which percepitated B Baldwin to lean towards his favor. However, I still get the Invoice bills and interest w/no satisfaction. I had placed my WHOLE TRUST in my lawyer to get me the justice I so deserved after 20 yrs!

After contacting Attorney Marcel Jones regarding a serious issue. Marcel was able to give me some great advice and lead me in the right direction. He showed great interest and concerns regarding this matter!!! He was very professional and truthful!!!
I would definitely suggest my family and friends to
