I will provide a copy of the worst divorce agreement ever made,, it was made by Scott, and I agreed to it, trusting it was standard. It was not. Check back at the pictures. I will put it there. I just found out again how horrendous my settlement was. This guy screwed up so bad he left me unprotected, and with no leg to stand on in the future. I was to be paid 12,500.00, he put no date on it. I’ll never get my money thanks to this awful lawyer. Because of his wording on several issues, I was forced to pay money I should have never had to pay, and all the dates were off. Seeing these reviews as five stars makes me want to warn everyone of the tourcher I endured. He bullied me daily. I have spent an extra 10k cleaning up the mess he made. Please please!! Read your agreement and take it for extra review by a different lawyer. I don’t want to put my number on here. If anyone has a way I will make my divorce agreement viewable in the pictures. I have only one thing to say about Scott – simply the best attorney in town. He is passionate about his work and fights for his clients without reservations. I am the minority and I got burned by some lawyers prior to consulting with Scott; prejudged, discriminated and a victim of internal politics within law firms. Some of those lawyers seem to be a bit too friendly with each other and they seem to exchange information which was not in my favor and sympathetic to the opposition. I am still shocked because that whole thing is like a big scam. Scott didn't waste his time, my time or my money. I was lucky to have Scott’s representation, his fees are bit high compared to some other law firms, but boy I was glad to pay every cent of it (other law firms didn’t have a clue and just sucked my money down for nothing). Don’t take my word for it, just consult and see what an ocean of difference – knowledge wise, experience wise, and guidance wise Scott has compared to other lawyers. After getting burned down by other lawyers, I took a leap of faith and hired Scott and he completed the case in record time. I wish Scott all the best in 2019 and to continue doing the good honest work. He is a no no-nonsense straight to the point guy but in a very professional manner. Trust me, I have seen from sweet talkers to tough talkers and it’s a shame that people who should defend you in your worst life situation will abuse your situation for their personal gain. I hired Scott to help me get legal guardianship of my late brother’s daughter. Once I looked into the process, I knew I had to hire a lawyer. I didn’t even know where to begin. My case was not so straight cut because, while this was not a contested case, my niece lived in Korea with her mother.
