So I got into a bad car accident just over 2 years ago (April 16'). The insurance company from the person that hit me is not trying to understand everything that I was going though. So I see the commercial and google search that shows me Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen is the closest lawyers office that can handle my accident.

I figure why not, they have good ratings. I fill out the form on there website and I get a call from a outstanding, dedicated lawyer Mrs. Umbrino. She sat with me and help me understand the process I was about to go through and the possibility of my case taking a long period of time. Little did I know that it was going to take 2 years for the other insurance company to finally settle. However, I cannot express the work that Mrs Umbrino did, kept me informed of the case, as well as checked up on me throughout the time. She was concerned about my well being while going through therapy as well as my home and work life. To me, that shows a true persons character on how they are willing to take care of there client and always have their best interest in them. I appreciate all the effort and work Mrs Umbrino did to get the settlement I wanted. Also the support staff for the office as well as directly under Mrs Umbrino were amazing as well.
