I was told an attorney would contact me the same day. After not hearing back I called the office the next day. They said they had no record of me ever calling. ADDED NOTE: I would like to respond to the response left by Brian Glass and his firm. I am concerned that your reply says " you listened to my phone call". Does your firm record phone conversations? I think Virginia is a one party consent state. However, I spoke with Tiffany at your office about my concerns that you originally posted the dates I called your firm. I felt that was a violation of my privacy and gave information on a public site that did not need to be posted. Tiffany said the reason you didn't call me back was due to an employee there misspelling my last name. But, if you do indeed record the phone calls you would have had my phone number. Regardless, a "we are sorry we didn't meet your expectations" would have been a more appropriate response. Instead, your firm made it clear that you are too busy to take all cases. Maybe if I had lost a limb I would have a more attractive case. Regardless, my suggestion to your firm is to not take any more new cases since you are so popular and too busy. No worries. Finding a new attorney who I felt cared about my case was easy.

When I had my accident, I wasn't sure exactly what I should or shouldn't do. I was confused and looking for some advice. I found Brian through some some internet searches and I am glad I did.
