Total waste of time. I did all of Kirby's work then doesn't want my case because I'm disabled from a previous accident from 2014. (PREXISTING INJURES HE SAID)My new injuries are from 11/23/2018 car accident. Horrible plus he had a paralegal tell me that he wasn't going to represent me through email. What a cowardly way of communicating.

I was in a car accident in August of 2017, the driver had rear ended my vehicle while I was stopped at a red light. It was clear from the day of the accident that I was going to need a lawyer and my search began. After seven phone calls to various attorneys, (most that went unreturned), I came across James Abrenio. From the beginning until the very end, James was honest and knowledgeable. He advised me that because the case was so black and white, I could send a demand letter and most likely negotiate on my own and that hiring him wasn’t necessary. During the whole process of trying to figure it out for myself, he diligently (and patiently) answered all my questions, provided me with numerous resources, and never once asked for compensation for the multitude of hours he consulted me with. It wasn’t until after all his help and guidance, (I still wasn’t getting anywhere with the opposing insurance team), that he even went and sent a letter on my behalf in hopes of an answer – still without discussing payment/hiring his services. After numerous times going back and forth with the opposing side, that I asked to hire James and his services, (I think I said, ‘can I please just hire you?’). I needed some urgent legal advise on an important matter and I called Ben Glass Law where I talked to James Abrenio. I was rear ended in a car accident back in August 2017. A lawyer friend of mine recommended the Ben Glass law firm since personal injury is their specialty. The law firm has booklets for simple cases that you can do mostly yourself with out hiring a lawyer for cases that are simple such as only missing five days or less from work, and healed up with physical therapy. Twice I had consultations with James Abrenio from the law firm to go over my demand letter I wrote based on their booklets. The booklets and advice was great! Case was settled after I counter offered the first offer from the insurance company. Two co workers told me stories with injuries much worse than mine and getting barely a thing. With preparing my demand letter based on the booklets and advice from James, I was well prepared to get a fair settlement from the insurance company.
