Very slow to respond, like they're out to lunch. Calling them sounds like it's routed to someone's home, i.e., nonprofessional.

Of the 15 different lawyers that I consulted, Steve Frei, was the Worst of the worst. In all fairness, he's either extremely deceptive and misleading OR just plain dumb, aloof, and oblivious. Either way, pretty damn USELESS, and big waste of time. Thanks Steve.
