Not very friendly , Mr. Bailey needs to learn how to talk to people and be understanding And the ability to know when a person is really Innocent and fight for that person Instead of fighting for the state of West Virginia to put the person away. I like trying to help some people out of jail like my daughter. in do his job instead of working for the state ..is not very good at representing people who are innocent and I know this for a fact
