I'm not big on reviews because I take them with a huge grain of salt, but I had to do this one.Being new to the area, I had no knowledge of qualified attorneys, but I needed one and now! I asked friends and coworkers. They gave me leads and I followed them, from low end to high end. Each time I hung up the phone, I didn't get a good vibe. I sent a text to a very high established firm and they had someone from their "financial" end promise the world. Others took their sweet time getting back to me, while a few sounded as though I was their first case with no knowledge or confidence.
I don't recall how I found Mark's site, but as soon as I started reading his bio, I thought either this guy is the real deal or a master b.s. artist. I had to call. It was after 7 pm. Most other law offices said closed on their sites. Mark (not a receptionist or whoever) answered on the 2nd ring. I could tell almost immediately he was the man! Confidence, knowledge, experience. He listened to my story and responded with best and worst case scenarios. He gave me his rate. Not the cheapest but far from the most expensive. By the time we hung up, I didn't really care about the rate. I new Mark was the right choice. I hired him basically on the spot. I had questions leading up to trial and Mark answered them quickly by phone or text.When the court date arrived, I showed up early, but Mark was already there, working on the prosecutor! At the end of the day, the results were far better than I had imagined! I could have easily spent 3 times the money and gotten less. If 5 stars is the maximum, I give Mark 10. Mark was phenomenal. He convinced the prosecutor to drop two of three charges (I was charged with Driving under OVI Suspension, Improper Backing, and Leaving the Scene.) I walked away with only a Leaving the Scene conviction, which meant no additional penalties, except having to pay court costs, which was a small fee to pay considering the potential repercussions.

I first spoke to Mark within a couple days of being arrested for OVI. I was a wreck - I had not eaten or slept. Mark immediately helped me feel better about my situation. He explained what the process would be like, what he would do for me, and what possible outcomes I might expect. Within 2 months the legal process was over and I could not have designed a better outcome.
My license was suspended immediately upon my arrest. Mark made sure I had driving privileges on the earliest possible date. Instead of being charged with OVI, and all of the negative associations such a charge has, Mark used his legal expertise and knowledge of the system to have the prosecutor agree to charge me with reckless operation instead. The prosecutor also recommended to the judge that I be given the lightest in a range of possible sentences. The judge agreed. I received a 6 month license suspension instead of up to 3 years. I was given the minimum fine and no jail time. And in spite of the fact that the judge seemed to have very little patience for me (or probably anybody on my side of the bench), he waived my reinstatement fee for when it is time to get my license back. That alone saved me around $400.
Through everything, Mark was knowledgeable and understanding. He was always available to answer my many questions. I really shudder to think of where I would have ended up without his counsel. Thanks, Mark!

I was recently working in Ohio , I reside in PA. I received a Physical Control. I talked to Mark the day after the incident he recommended me to get a lawyer and said I wouldn't even need to use him. He sounded very knowledgable about my situation so I went with my gut and used him. We talked numerous times before my court date, mainly because I've never been through an experience like this, and had a lot of questions about the process and such. He answered all of my calls if not returned them very promptly. We got through the case and my final charge was a Wreck Less Driving charge and a fine. This was the best case scenario due to the fact that Physical Control is an alcohol related fine, and that wouldn't bid well with my employers.
