Having Lisa Wells on my side for my child custody case was the best decision I could have made. I knew a father going for full custody from children's mother (adding mother without any criminal or drug history) is an extremely difficult thing to obtain. It was a 2 year long process where Lisa, also including Tony her paralegal went above and beyond to achieve our goal. Lisa was honest, communicative and persistent every step of the way. I retained Lisa Wells on August 7th, 2018, for $2000.00 dollars Check number 1260. I retained her to file expungement paper work and to file paper work to the "Court of Appeals" for a former case that I had retained her on previous.

I received a phone call from an Attorney that was involved in the "Court of Appeals" only to be told Lisa missed the dead line and that it could no longer be filed. As for the expungement after I finished my "diversion program" Gen the lady who handles this handed me the paper work to file myself. I had been calling Lisa for sometime in regards to all this and never received a call back, I was told numerus times that she is in trail and would call back!!!!! Finally after I spoke with her Paralegal "Tony" and told him I was going to file a complaint she called. I have request a full refund by January 15th via e-mail for my $2000.00 dollars or I will go forward with my Complaint.

I would not recommend Lisa Wells to no one. And if you do hire her do not pay her until everything is complete. Lisa Wells is not one to be trusted nor is she dependable.
