Very down to earth and understanding

I was injured on the job and after countless lawyers turned down my case. Mr. Jay Bolotin, agreed to represent me and it did not take long to realize he was truly heaven sent. He treated me as if I was a million dollar client knowing my case had no where near that much potential. By the time I met him I had been through the ringer with workman's comp from them stopping my checks, ignoring my calls, etc. I felt completely defeated. After my first meeting with Mr. Jay not only was he extremely knowledgeable but also compassionate and genuinely cared about my injuries. He was always quick to answer every call and email, even outside of hours and holidays! He fought so hard for me and got me atleast 3 times their original offer! I will never use another attorney for all of my future needs. Mr. Jay there are not enough words to express the positive effect you have had on my life. If I could give this place a zero stars I would. My dad and I were involved in a simple rear end accident last Wednesday. My car(Volkswagen) was totaled and had frame damage. My dad(Criss Frost)called and got a lawyer named Martin young to set up a free consultation to see what his options were in case things went south with the at faults insurance. I ended up with a totaled car and a check for 3,000 from the insurance. So my dad called up to tell them that he wanted to see how it played out first with the insurance and then if he needed representation that he would call them back. The lady who answered the phone said young wasn’t in but when my dad said just to tell him about waiting to see them he was suddenly in. Imagine that. Mr. Young got on the phone claimed he could get my dad $6,000 and then preceded to call me a liar about how much I got, that my car wasn’t damaged or totaled, we had minimal injuries and my car had minimal damage. So if all that is true then how would he even get $6,000? Once again my dad told him that we would give him a call back if he needed him, mr. Young compared my dad to a child who gets told not to touch a hot burner but the child gets curious and does it anyway.i don’t know about the other lawyers in this place but this Martin young should probably find some type of class to learn how to actually treat people, not get rude and insult someone when they change their mind.

Terrible experience. Last week I reached out to request their ability to represent me. After at least 15 minutes of online chatting/holding I was told they would save the chat transcript and have an attorney call me back since they were busy. Today I followed up to ensure they had the correct call back information and would be an appropriate time for a call back. The woman answering the phone could not find my transcript and then put me on hold. She came back on the line and asked if I could call back in 5 minutes. I asked if the attorney could call me back when they weren't busy and she said I should call back in 5 minutes. I asked her name and she hung up! What reputable firm responds in that manner.

UPDATE 1/22/19. A very pleasant attorney contacted me and apologized for the response. The person answering my inquiry was a newly hired intern who was unsure how best to respond. The attorney provided valuable insight and will most likely be working with my local attorney to help resolve my legal matter.

I was made to feel very comfortable giving my personal and medical information . Was treated very respectful and I put all my trust in them to help me receive my disability . Their honesty and being very upfront with me how it works and what my chances would be was greatly appreciate to know that going into applying and the appeal. I cannot thank them enough! At My hearing I was very confident that he personally knew my case and was well repaired for it.

Good lawyer helped me get out a case

I recently had the opportunity to work with Jay Bolotin. And although the circumstances leading up to me calling Young, Reverman & Mazzei was one of the worst I have delt with, Jay instantly made a difference. I do not only give Young, Reverman & Mazzei five stars, I also want to thank them for a fast, easy and fair settlement. Jay Bolotin was understanding of my problems and always kept me informed of my case details. Very poor service, by the time my case settled I had been on the phone with four different lawyers, waited patiently for 14 and a half months on a bodily injury case that involed rear end accident, after all that time a lawyer I never met or talked to called me and said the offer was 3,000 I said no" less than 5 minutes later he called back and said now it's 6,000 on the table like he already had these offers on the table then he recommended that I take the settlement! They don't like when u call to check on your case I guess! To top it off the last attorney had the nerve to tried to tell me how to spend the money..very poor and slow service when it comes to bodily injury non communicational!

Your law firm is very professional, and I am going recommend everyone I know to do business with you.

I just read through many of the previously written reviews and I'm not one bit surprised that Jay Bolten is so highly praised. My exact sentiments were praised over and over again
When my injury at work occured I had no intent on hiring a lawyer or even expecting the company to help with my medical bills. Then one day I get a stack of letters from a company hired attorney and I became instantly fearful & confused by the legal talk. I then contacted the office receptionist and Mr.Bolten immediately responded to my call.
Thirty minutes later I'm was sitting face to face with Mr.Bolten and he instantly put my anxiety at ease. He is so personable, laid back, honest and direct. He spent the time to help me understand and then without any pressure gave me my options. Though, he gave me the option to walk out I chose his representation.
Even though Workman's Comp agreed to pay the company hired attorney has dragged this case out for a little over a year. Without one cent of compensation, Jay has treated me as a paying client who he has already received payment from or as if he has already received settlement compensation from. He has been persistent, dedicated, and open with me. He has assured my complete understanding throughout and he has maintained constant contact with me while always seeking my blessing before making any choice or action.
During each hearing when their attorney attacked constantly attempting to create doubt or disbelief in me, Mr.Bolten maintained his faith in me and remained my steady calm. When their attorney concluded during each hearing he would wait silently and then attack defending me with an absolute belief in me. He was a force to be reckoned with.
I can not describe how much his belief in me throughout has meant to me. He has demonstrated the exact same dedication as day one throughout. We finally may be seeing a light, a hope for a positive solution which I hope for greatly so that he can receive compensation for all that he is and has been doing.

I had Jay Bolotin as my lawyer for an automobile accident in May 2017 when my car was totaled and I had back and neck injuries. I did not call an attorney until 3 months after my accident. I never realized the extent of my injuries at first. I started getting medical bills turned over to collection agencies and went into panic mode. My lawyer was Steve Mazzei. He worked really hard to get me what I deserved. And helped me through out any situation that came my way with my workers compensation case. He always gave me an idea of the worse thing that could happen and the best thing that could happen so I could be prepared on what was next to come. He knows his stuff when it comes to workers compensation. I had a very pleasant experience with the whole young reverman and mazzei staff, they all treated me like I was an important part of their clientele.
