Long story short, I called for a consultation after filling Pro-Se and was transferred to an attorney who didn't identify himself, but he spoke with an accent. He asked who prepared my paperwork and I made him aware that I did it myself. He then said that that was impossible because I didn't possess the knowledge to do so. I then said to him that he didn't know that to be true, but was merely making an assumption. He then said "Well fine then. Since you THINK you know so much, then there's no need for me to continue this conversation with you" and HUNG UP ON ME! NOW, I myself am an attorney whom graduated 5th in my class, but have suffered multiple strokes and at times​ my memory fails me. I took my case all the way to my Meeting of the Creditors, at which time I made the trustee aware that I would be retaining counsel to finish my journey because I'm going thru chemo therapy and other additional medical conditions as we speak. The treatment that I received from this firm was nothing less than deplorable! DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM! If they're not professional enough to conduct a lucid phone consultation, then they are most definitely going to drop the ball on your representation! If I could have given them a ZERO rating, I WOULD HAVE!!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Just had the displeasure of speaking with Christine Mehzer, who is an attorney at Kathleen Mezher and . She was very rude and unprofessional, and reading her profile I found out she just received her law degree in 2012, which could be the reason for her demeanor. I called to initially set up a consultation, and ask if the money I paid a previous attorney could be used towards my fees this year. Instead of givinbg me a straight yes or no, Christine Mehzer thought it would be best to belittle me and talk over me on the phone. I let her know that I would not choose to do any kinf of business with her, if this was how she treated potential clients, and she hung up in my face. I would never do business with anyone at that firm, mainly because of her last name being the name of the firm. She is a very disrespectful person, but any one who chooses to do business with her in the future will get to see it for themselves.
