This guy does not return phone calls. I have been waiting 2 weeks for an appointment to either refund my money or finish doing the job. I've gotten 3 text from him. Each one saying he would return my call that day or the following day. No return phone calls, No setting up appointments even through text nothing back. He sure was quick to make an appointment initially to take my money for services he never provided. I've never in my life delt with someone so flaky and sketchy. I think all the people who gave this man 4 stars are people who know him personally to boost his ratings. He also has reviews on yelp saying the same thing. Do not use this guy. You will regret it

Mr. Gale works very hard for all of his clients and his genuine passion for their successful outcomes is unmatched among his peers. He remains our family counsel long after our initial needs and proudly call him our friend as well.

I have a very simple divorce case. Marcus told me this would be a very easy and fast process. Paid this man in full for almost 1,700. He will not answer my calls or texts. I’m not able to schedule an appointment with him. Whenever I am able to get a hold of a receptionist they just tell me he will call me back but he never does. I have sent emails, even asked for a refund. He’s been dragging this along for 4 months now, at this point I’m not really sure what to do to be able to get my money back. I’m very angry and I wish I would’ve read all of these reviews before choosing to go to him.

My wife hired Mr. Gale to represent her in a child custody case against her ex. At first, Mr. Gale seemed to be a very strong attorney, but over time his steadfast representation seemed to begin to diminish. This case has since become one of the most notarized and difficult cases in NKY since it began. Eventually Mr. Gale started only rarely responding to my wife's texts, calls, and e-mails.

Last year he became horrible at responding to her. Then my wife was unavailable for one month out of all these years, and then just recently he out of the blue tells her that he hasn't heard from her in ages, and that he thought she'd dropped her case since her child is almost 18. Normally I would agree with his assumption about that, but it's a lie. And here's why.

My wife CC's him on every single e-mail she sends to her ex to remind him he's obligated to send regular updates and pictures of the child. My wife has also regularly sent e-mails asking for updates from Mr. Gale, and asking his advice. She also regularly would text and call him with similar things.Not once has he returned her messages or e-mails in about a year. He claims she never contacted him...but he must forget there's an e-mail trail, and text records that can be obtained.

In his one of his most recent communications, he said if she wanted to rehire him, she'd need to pay him $800 "Because the tank is empty.". He then said "There's other lawyers.". My wife said "Okay", due to her needing to think on what to do. Reasonable right? Then his most recent text said he's making motions to sever himself from cases, and that hers is one of them. Now...why will you give someone the option, and then not even 24 hours later (Closer to 17 hours or so.) say you are dropping them.

The original agreement the two of them had, was she'd give a retainer and then pay him some money every pay day. And she never faltered in this agreement. Then he amended the agreement to be that she'd make payments whenever he said he needed one. And not once did she ever falter on that agreement. She always paid him what he asked for within a week. And this agreement was propositioned by him. Not her. Twice even he asked for exorbitant amounts for court date preparations, just to have nothing happen and things get postponed, and then he'd ask for more money. I'm sorry, why say for court preparations when you didn't even prepare, or even go to court?

Mr. Gale has shown he is unreliable at best, and then makes excuses to try and mitigate any and all guilt that lays at his feet. He has a record of unreliability, and can't be trusted. He has even shared information about other cases, with us, and other attorneys. He has no sense of attorney-client privilege, and will betray your trust in him just to make a point to someone else.

Marcus Gale does not allow professionalism to stand in the way of being bluntly honest with his clients. If you are upfront, honest and do what is asked, he will fight his hardest for you. If you lie, mislead or fail to do what is asked he will drop you immediately.
He is extremely smart, quick witted and very kind and will go out of his way to help his clients.
I was given the opportunity to witness several of his intense cases in Court, and it blew my mind at how knowledgeable he is. He is not there to play games, he is there to fight for you and he will win. Whether you are guilty or not guilty, if you believe you can win your case, Marcus will bring this win into manifestation. Otherwise, do not waste this Attorney's time.

I have a friend using this Attourney , if he is an Attourney. Going on two years of no communication we just left the latest court date and again for the second time her Attourney was not present. They said he continued it. No communication what so ever.
