The "office manager" Christie is very RUDE! She basically probes you with a million questions with a very condescending attitude. Then when I told her about her tone she stated this is the way I talk, do you want someone to call you back or not. She does not have good customer service, nor phone etiquette!

From the looks of their response, which "Christie" probably written herself, they're not going to address her tone nor phone etiquette anytime soon. Look for representation elsewhere! Found a more client friendly law firm shortly after speaking with this horrible office manager!

I had a really positive experience with Rob and his team. He educated me on all of my options (risks and benefits) and left the decision to me. I felt well informed when I made the final call. Too busy to look into my case. In other words you are not worth our time. Took 5 hours to get a return call to tell me they didn't even research out of state employment law.

I entered into a contract and before it was executed, I ran into some serious medical issues and was unable to begin the contract.
