Complete blithering incompetents. Changed my closing without bothering to tell me, the seller. Then screwed up and double paid the real estate taxes which were paid by my escrow, so I am out $6 grand waiting for them to fix their mistake. After 23 real estate closings, this is the worst excuse for a title company I have ever experienced.

Can't give an ETA on when a closing check will arrive. Ignored my question all day long. Unacceptable.

We got in and out quick! The employees were very friendly, even if admittedly some things seemed to go over their heads initially. My brother had some... interesting complications getting his portion of the closing payment, but I believe the rest of us had a smooth and enjoyable experience.
