As an agent I've never run across a scenario where they weren't able to come up with a solution to get everyone to the closing table. They go above and beyond to help sellers even before they list to make sure any special circumstances such as estates and divorces have been filed correctly to ensure the seller is able to sell and with less stress. Got my father's middle initial wrong. Said they would text concerning held funds. Only emailed realtor and almost missed bank closing on a Friday. Lots of anxiety. Nice people though.
