This guy seems highly incompetent &untrustworthy & I don't think I would trust him with my case he quoted my wife 2200 dollars to take her case or even possibly look at the case,well we went and took out a loan and now we can't reach him,it's like he's scared 2 take the case even though it's a simple misdemeanor?,my wife was talking to him and he dropped
off the face of the earth,then last night he text me and went say who he was so I told him to f-off now he's using that as a REASON not to help us,what a GUY,now we are in big trouble Cuz all the time that was wasted on trying to get the money for mr Haskell.her court date is next week,FINAL TRIAL DATE,THANK YOU HASKELL

Going by the address on a report that Mr. Guy Haskell did it for the City of Winter Haven, Florida it reads Emergency Medical and Safety Services Consultants llc. 231 w dodds st. bloomington, in. 47403. With an email address of ghaskell at ems experts org. I was shocked at his review of an incident where a man who was speaking on a 911 call right before medics walked in and protocols not followed (which was verified by two other very experienced and highly knowledgable Paramedics they were not followed) seemed to support the men who did not resuscitate the man who needed help. Not only does his report seem biased towards the men inactions he based his report on AHA standards??? (according to him)and for the wrong date of Protocols for Polk County of the incident. I am sick to think of this man acting as a Paramedic for EMS if what he thinks is an accurate report. I was so shocked by his report I had to call to ask him a question on the subject of lividity. I asked him how long it takes to get lividity, his answer
5 minutes!!! Wow even I know thats not true.
So why would he say that? I have decided he is either incompetent or knew it was in reference to the report he just did for the City who hired him, because in our incident the Medics involved all had made the same claims. I have to wonder if Mr. Haskells family members ever called 911 for a Cardiac Arrest and they were actually speaking on the 911 audio right before medics arrived but you get reports that make claims of lividity and even rigamortis, find out his loved one should have been resuscitated but wasnt. Would he be OK with that? Because if he is I want to apologize to his loved ones and any citizen who has this man show up for a 911 emergency call.

Visited from out of state and had an unfortunate incident where my husband was detained and our rental car towed. This left me alone in a city without any transportation, help or knowledge of what to do. I located Mr. Haskell's information on a Sunday and contacted him describing in detail what occurred. He was very thoughtful, knew exactly the steps we needed to do and even offered me transportation help even if we did not retain him! What a gentleman. We did hire Mr. Haskell, and he helped us in the best manner possible by informing us of the process, steps we needed to take and I could not have asked for a better attorney.
