Friendly and helpful. While expensive, I wish they had the option like Lloyd Koehler in New Albany where everything was taken out in payments through automatic payments. They require the full amount before they’ll file, although after a certain amount has been paid, you can refer creditors to call them. If I had that much money to put out, I wouldn’t need to file bankruptcy.

Didn't pursue legal action with Joseph, but was pointed to Apprisen to solve my problem. Great advice. If I have any further needs, I will be returning based on that interaction. Thanks so much!
