Pacman Is a some you know

I couldn't be happier with the services and outcome from Stephenson Disability. The office staff were always pleasant and courteous; returned phone calls right away; kept me updated with my case; called me with all updates and requirements; took time to listen to my concerns and addressed them immediately. Mr. Robertson Atty was very professional and personal and knew my case well when meeting with me. I can't thank him and his staff enough!!

I had a difficult case spanning over 5 years with appeals all the way to Falls Church VA. Stephenson took my case after my first attorney retired. I was so lucky they took me! Great service with meetings and phone calls to keep me updated. You won't find a better law office than this.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! They helped my dad get his disability and was really helpful during the entire process. It can take a long time to get in front of a judge but it was worth the wait.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. I was lied to multiple times, they were consistently rude, my case was drug out waaay longer than necessary, and when I sought out different representation, they refused to send a Withdrawal Letter to Social Security Disability.

Roxanne, one of the two ladies that answers the phone in the office, lied and told me *today* (instead of on April 10th when I initially cancelled their services) on June 5th, 2019 that since I had dismissed them and they had not withdrawn from my case, that *I* needed to be the one to send in a letter to Social Security stating that I dismissed SD and was going with new representation. This is complete nonsense! The standard procedure is to have the old representation send in a Withdrawal Letter to Social Security when requested. They can NOT flat out refuse to send a Withdrawal Letter.

Luckily, my current representation is excellent and is handling this issue as we speak.

Would not recommend. Seemed to know little about SSA rules. Called me telling me so much that I was extremely confused by the end of the call so when I said yes I didn't realize what I was saying yes to. They had my entire case dismissed. When I contacted them about not wanting it dismissed I was told it was too late. A few days later I get a call telling me I can write a letter asking for the dismissal to be revered then a few days after that I get a letter from Stephenson disability telling me they are dropping me because they don't think I will win. Why did they even take the case in the first place? Why not just drop me instead of dismissing my case and totally messing me over. I am not happy with them and would not recommend them to anyone.
