If i could give them a zero stars i would. I set up a phone consultation and never received a call. The office staff didnt even call to tell me he got held up and set up a new appointment. This showed me they had zero respect for my time. I took off sat by the phone and wasted pay and time for them. I feel this is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
I bet they let their cases fall though the cracks just like they did my call.

Wonderful working with people who really care about you. They go above and beyond to get all the answers to your questions. I am very thankful for Tim and his staff. Thank you !
