I was blessed to have Jimmy Miller as a attorney. I was charged with 2 counts of assaulting a student over a year ago at a school. I obtained Jimmy Miller and after a year of dealing with that situation on July 18 2019 i was found NOT GUILTY! Jimmy never stopped working for me and made me comfortable from start to finish. He put up a great opening and closing statements. He walked me through everything and was able to answer all of my questions. I also thank Jason Hines who assisted and made me feel comfortable as well. For a person who never has been in trouble and feeling the weight of the world on their shoulders I can say Miller and Hine lifted that weight off my shoulders. Had my first speeding ticket knocked down to one year probation and a small fine compared to what could have happened. 40+ over, only had to go to court once to sign off on papers. Court case went on for longer than a year. Excellent job definetly saved me. I dont speed anymore.

Ive used their services once in the past... I have no complaints. Paid the fee and they went to court for me. Week or so later they sent an email w/ the details and my ticket was bumped down to a non moving violation, no NO POINTS ON MY LICENSE!

Jimmy Miller did such an amazing job for me. Never had to go to court once. Even when I’d been mandated to be present, he got them to allow just him be there for me, and then he somehow got my court fees delinquished(what?!). He made the process so easy on my behalf. Highly recommend this firm.

Every time I have use them for my husband or myself I have been completely satisfied! I get to pay and do the whole process over the phone and through mail! They handle everything unless you have to pay or something like that. Last time my case was dismissed with no court fee.

I'm a satisfied client of Jimmy Miller. I had a speeding ticket and after 'shopping around' for a good price, I took a chance on this firm that didn't have many reviews. I'm very glad I did. Once I gave the go ahead to take my case, and paid the upfront fee, I didn't hear back from them until a letter indicating my matter was settled and the ticket was amended to a non moving violation. This was a little worrisome as it had been about three weeks since my original court date, but upon receiving the letter and learning that no issues arose, it's great that I can hire an attorney who will just take care of everything without me having to check in to ensure that everything is going well. I would recommend them to others and use their services again.

After receiving a speeding ticket I contacted Miller and Hine LLC. The matter was handled very professionally. I would recommend them for anyone who needs legal services in the future! !

A simple matter was handled improperly. Wanted all 400 up front. Now we are paying 500 to have another lawyer get this whole thing thrown out which stated mr miller should of and could of done to begin with. They just want money and don't give 2 craps about what they really get it "amended to". Never recommend.

After receiving a stop sign ticket in Maplewood, I was sent letters from several different law offices encouraging me to use their services to amend my charge. Miller & Hine offered a low fee for my specific charge so I decided to give them a try. The letter I received from Miller & Hine provided their contact information including an email address. I prefer email as I work a 9-5 job. I emailed their office asking them to handle my case. Within 24 hours, they replied via email and indicated they would be able to represent me and asked how I would like to pay. I quickly replied to "them" (I say them because I was not given a contact person, no signature on the email either) asking that they call me so I could give my credit card information as form of payment and also discuss my ticket.
As of 1 week later, no response via email or phone. I emailed them again yesterday as a follow up. No response. I decided to use another traffic law company because, frankly, I was tired of waiting and thought it was extremely unprofessional that they would send me a letter asking for my business and then not care enough to accept my business. Hopefully they will read this review and change their communication and marketing strategies in the future.
