Why be a lawyer when you don't even pick up the phone .

Back in May 18 a lady hit us from the back sitting at a light. She admitted fought and State Farm accepted. We have been done with treatment since July 31,2018 they just sending a demand letter Nov.20,218. When I call the attorney won't take my call or they will hang up on me. the 1st letter received was in Nov 2018. I will never send NOBODY NOBODY NOBODY to them some black people can't run a business.
Here's Christmas and they say they giving State Farm another 45 days. I really think their have our money in the bank collection interest.

They were always straight up with me. They did what they said they would. Even when my case seemed lost, they kept fighting.

I got my settlement on the 8 of October its Almost November still no money they said they got figure things out and they have not been the nicest and very rude when I ask ask about the process I would never use them again never recommend them to no one hate I went

Please,Please,Please never go to these attorneys. I as well tried to give the Black people a chance and just like majority of the time it back fired. I'm so disappointed in the way the organization is ran. The "paralegals" are never available,they absolutely don't care about anything. It's ridiculous,you'd think they would want to get you as much as possible so they can retain more as well. But that's BS, I honestly hope this place gets shut down and fast. Please don't go and don't support these thieves. He does exactly what he says "he gets you" might as well point a finger and laugh while saying it Roderick C. White. I'm pretty sure he's feeding off of his community and it feeding his community.

Run...run fast in the opposite direction...this firm seems to only care about themselves...they are unprofessional and very slow to respond...phony smiles and fake concern...even with insurance and being injured I received very little compensation...I lost wages and my vehicle...I also suffered whiplash and a concussion but they only wanted to send me to a chiropractor...waste of time...they even try to discourage you from using their competitors claiming they keep most of the money..but speaking to people who went through other lawyers...we were ripped off. they don't care about your injuries or your property..they only care about how much money they can make off of you! There are plenty of lawyers from Missouri that will make sure you get compensated for everything you lost...let Mr." I got you" go back to Texas....!

He's a straight up robber, has his own little medical network setup and everything to bilk U out of the majority of a settlement. It took us a year to get compensated from a simple fender bender. Handled both of our cases including injury seperately and he got more money than we did. His slogan "i got U" is a play on wotds which had me skeptical when I decided to patronize a brother, means exactly that, literally he'll get U and talk as if they've done U such favor. They're a joke

Liars and thieves. BEWARE! Do yourself a favor and go to a legitimate attorney that cares about you and your situation while you are suffering and out of work. These people do not care about anyone but themselves. Sumner law firm is great and I went to them instead.

Mr. White and his team are amazing. They truly care about their clients professionally and personally. Mr. White fought for my settlement, the best possible outcome on my case and his team kept me updated throughout the entire process making sure all my questions were answered and reminded me of important deadlines. I would definitely send my friends and family here.

I went with this law firm just off the basis it was black owned and I wanted to support my community. However, early on in the process I seen the writing on the wall. I fired them and hired another law firm which I receive weekly updates directly from an attorney. I never once spoke with a lawyer here.

They knew little about my cause. One lady I spoke with said, they were waiting on the insurance company to accept fault. Really? The insurance company accepted fault the day of the accident. I spoke with another lady and she hung up the phone on me before I had a chance to say, "Have a nice day." They're not interested in you or your case and are feeding off the fact they're black owned and sucking us in that way.

I support black businesses, but when it comes to handling my case I have to go with a law firm that has more resources and willing to give you an open line of communication to a lawyer.

This firm has been extremely cooperative, patient and understanding with me. The communication was easy and fast. They aren’t jacking me around, they aren’t wasting my time. I was a little hesitant because of the reviews to be honest, but I’m glad I saw for myself. Most times, people just don’t understand the process nor read the fine print. Everything is pretty solid and they give you exactly what they say you should expect. Happy I went this route.

Never use again

So, THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW (Remember most people making these reviews are as follows.
A. Injured, out of work, totaled vehicle =angry, confused, scared, don't know what to do or who to trust so take that into account.

B. These injured, out of work clients he has are looking for money FAST , doesn't understand how this process goes or how long it will take to settle, and now have no steady vehicle or INCOME, THEY ARE SCARED.

C. IF HE ANSWERED EVERY CALL, HE WOULDN'T HAVE THE CAPACITY TO WORK ON YOUR CASE THAT IS WHY HE HAS A RECEPTIONIST! (if you hire him, you have to trust him and his team)

D. IT WILL TAKE ALMOST TWO YEARS TO SETTLE, THAT IS WHEN YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO GET PAID ; possibly 18-24 months after YOUR RECOVERY IS Over, NOT WHEN YOU GET OUT THE HOSPITAL.

RECEPTIONIST ARE PEOPLE TOO, YOU RECEIVE THE SAME ENERGY YOU PUT OUT , REMEMBER THAT! ALTHOUGH, PROFESSIONALISM HAS BEEN THEIR STAPLE AS A BLACK OWNED LAW FIRM. THE BAD REVIEWS ARE FROM THOSE THAT DOESN'T KNOW HOW THIS WORKS AND IS VERY SCARED.

His staff has Great customer service and friendly staff!!!

If u had or have problems with this SCAMMER contact attorney Meehan he can possibly help. And please guys write to the Bar in Mo. & Texas about this firm, they are being investigated by the Bar Association already. Let's get this crook out of STL too many here already!!

Will never used them again though this lawyer would help they all about them self they tell you to support your black people the man is the worst EVER support your BLACK people my ass I was told all his lawyer don't care he needs to be band from practicing law in ST LOUIS and take his ass back to Texas but to you MR White GOD GOT a place for you and that call HELL

I thought that I was doing a good thing by giving a black organization a chance WOW! Was I a fool! I didn't want to even give them a star but if I didn't I couldn't comment.
Yes the company is very unprofessional I guess I should have read the reviews before I did business with them. This is the first and the last time that I will work with this law firm.Since the time I started working with Roderick C. White I have been unhappy.
They never answer their phones . I wrote a letter to say how i felt and they about how we felt they could care less. You can laugh at our settlement change. I can't believe we waited as long as we did and we still haven't gotten paid yet. Roderick should pay attention to his St.Louis office unless they all run the same. Since we had our accident Nov.15,2016. I have had at least 3 client manager's so you never know who your dealing with. I finally got one that's working with us. I will tell you one thing in one word. NEVER AGAIN!!!! We got nothing.
