Terrible Horrible pretense of legal service, tried to raid a 95 year old grandmother's sole income social security bank account for disputed credit card collection that was from another person, looking over the grandmother's account

This is the only place I know of where you can have a letter from them stating that an account was paid in full yet you magically still owe them money on the account. . This place is a complete joke.

I work in payroll and we get constant calls from these people verifying the same things over and over again as if I don't have an actual job to do other than constantly look up potential garnishment possibilities for them. Everybody there sounds like a robot and like they work at a call center. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with them, because they are very predatory.

Very professional and helpful, they have always treated me like a person and not like I'm some criminal who has unpaid bills, on top of working with me on a payment plan I could afford. Today I spoke with John (ext. 6781), he was polite and had an upbeat attitude. He answered all my questions thoroughly and even gave me great advice on what to do after my last payment. Thank you guys for always being professional and understanding, it's greatly appreciated.

Saying they are gonna garnish my wages because the mail doesn't run on Sunday to get my payment on time to them... the money order is dated by printed ink from a machine the day it was purchased and the envelope is stamped on the date it gets mailed from post office.

This Company called to verify an employee at the company i work for. The person calling was rude. She stated the normal disclaimer, which is perfectly expected. While i was looking up the info for her, i asked a what company she was with, and she was repeated does he work for you. Then i was still notating the call and she gave her extension of 6770, and i said i did not catch the phone #. She said i didn't give you a phone number, does he work there. The rest of the conversation went about the same. I get they are most likely trying to collect a debt, but i am not in their debt and was looking up information for her. There is such a thing as being courteous to other people. If i did owe them money, this is not someone i would work with.

This office keeps calling a place of employment. They are wanting money from someone, obviously. Every time you call to get information they are rudest people working there. No one knows what they are doing and everyone is so rude. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

What a joke! After paying off said debt in full, they waited a full month to post the payment and had the audacity to report to the credit bureau $1 "convenience fee". Enjoy those 100 pennies, and paying postage on that one.

Okay I paying on debt that has been paid like 7 years ago , these people garnishing my wages and then I find out they garnishing again ! This is place is joke !!!

Paid off an old car loan oct.21 2017 cleared and paid by the bank oct. 25 2017. January 4 2018 i received a letter saying that upon clearance of my recent payment through normal banking channels the account will be paid in full. What? They have had the money for over two months and I'm not sure why thay are slow playing me. Very unprofessional and possibly illegal!!!!!! Will be filing complaint through the better business bureau and the bar association.

RUDE! I was calling to set up payment plans, the entire time the rep had an attitude that was uncalled for. When someone calls to set up a payment plan, or make a payment, they need to learn better customer service! I never experience terrible service before till today. I normally do not write reviews, but the reps attitudes were uncalled for.
