Hired Kris for a personal debt matter with a very big company. It took time, as these things do, but he was able to reach a settlement agreement I could manage with what limited resources I have. He's been very communicative, easy to work with and definitely very helpful. Knowing he was already familiar with the "other team" was probably the biggest selling point and he knew exactly how to read the situation.. when and how much to push and when to pull back a little.

I will continue with his firm on other personal matters, if possible, moving forward with the anticipation that the relationship will continue in the same manner. I truly value and appreciate what he's accomplished for me when I genuinely needed help.

I called in to ask some questions about another attorney stating they were going to sue me, I spoke to Chris and he immediately calmed my fears. He gave me a list of to do prior to moving forward with his firm which I felt was amazing because he just wasn’t someone trying to make money off of me. If things move forward and I need to hire an attorney of my own, I will definitely use them because I feel like he was on my side and not out for the money.

Truly the most kind and caring law firm ever. Everyone from the receptionist to the legal aides to the attorney is absolutely amazing. So.... not much savings. The rest of these reviews must be friends and family. The other 1Star is about what in line of what you will get. I pretty much broke even to my original debt.

I owed Discover about 6k and they tried to sue me. I mean Kris was okay, It cost me 1,4k up for him and he settled my case for $3,200 which he received 10% of as well. So over all Kris got paid $1,720 on top of what i had to pay Discover which was $3,200 so total of $4,920. If I were to do it again i think i would want someone who would fight for me a bit more other wise its not worth the money. Should have just paid Discover the 6k and been done with it.

I received tons of letters from attorneys advising I was getting sued from a collection company. Of course I'm scared because I hadn't received any notice or subpoena from the company suing me. I decided to open the letters and called several of the attorneys. None of them had the time to discuss my case and blew me off. I called The Law Office of Boevingloh & Pliakos and spoke with Kris Boevingloh. He not only took my call after hours, he assured me that everything would be okay and I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Just two months later, I received a letter stating my case was dismissed. I'm so thankful none of the other attorneys had the time to speak with me because this guy made a promise and delivered. I'm very pleased and thankful for the constant updates and how quickly this matter was resolved. If you're getting sued, call them first. I promise you'll do a happy dance after saving thousands of dollars.
