If I could rate this business a 0, I would. William P Hogan is the most unprofessional, careless, negligent and racist lawyer I have seen in my entire life. I see all 5 stars which I don’t understand. Or he probably just decided to be that way with me cause I am black and not from the US.

We started my divorce case October of 2017.

Since then, I never got a contract from him.
He never picked up my calls or answered my texts. But as soon as I mentioned notifying the Chief Disciplinary Counsel about his behavior, he would start blowing my phone up. My case drug on for an entire year. I never knew what was going on with my case.

I suspected that he was helping the other party.
When I told him I was uncomfortable about the situation, and that I felt discriminated against, he abandoned my case after taking all of my money. I filed a complaint with the Chief Disciplinary Counsel.
Hopefully they will take measures.

Paid him. Never returned calls never worked on my situation. Basically just took my money and gave me a run around.

Bill was personable. I didn’t hire him but I was very appreciative of the lengthy free consultation he gave me in order to gather information about how to proceed with my case. He was honest, forthright and hardworking —I could tell from the mountains of files in his office. His secretary was very nice and had good communication. I may still hire Bill. Who knows?
