I have to believe many of these 5* reviews are fake, as I have personally experienced the same outcome as many of the bad reviews on here, where I was told he would personally represent me through everything, and as soon as he got his check, I was quickly handed over to his "assistant" who I had never even met. Many of the court proceedings took place without any of my knowledge and Jason never returned any of my calls.

Let me start by saying throughout my career, I have dealt with many attorneys. In June of 2014, my son was in the need of legal counsel for a charge of driving while intoxicated. He informed me of who he wanted to use based on what he felt he could afford. I told him that is not how to choose your best representation. After doing some very extensive research, I decided that Jason Korner was the best choice and most knowledgeable to handle his case. Jason was not the least expensive, and by no means was he the most expensive. We both went and met with Jason to discuss his case. Jason immediately made us feel at ease. His plan of attack, and willingness to take his case all of the way to trial was very impressive. I must say that after 2 years since my sons charge, that not only did Jason have all charges dropped from the local municipality, but he also had the license suspension dismissed from the DOR. As I read in another post, sometimes the best results take a little more time. I must say that I feel that we were represented by one of the best lawyers we could have hired to handle his case. He did everything he said, including going to court. Jason is honest, trustworthy, and very dedicated to his clients. Anyone in the need of legal representation should at least sit down and discuss their case with Jason.

I agree with others, seems very responsive at first, then once paid you fade into the background. Cases drag on. He his only motivation is getting paid, so don't pay him in full all at once.

I am so happy that I called Attorney Jason Korner for defending against my wacky neighbor. I was accused of some very serious stuff, and needed a good criminal defense attorney. Fortunately I was innocent and Mr. Korner proved it! The judge let me go, and then admonished my neighbor and made him pay all the fees. Great place to go if you are in need of legal help.

Jason is very professional and intelligent in his work. His clients interest are also his own, I received a trespassing violation and would've been charged with a fine, with it appearing on my record. Jason was not satisfied until the charge was amended into a misdemeanor and wouldn't be on my record which was exactly my wishes. I would recommend him to anyone in need. I cant express my gratitude enough for the work he's done.

I came to Mr. Korner late last spring in hopes that he could help me with an appeal case. Most lawyers would have never even accepted a meeting with me due to the circumstances that surrounded my appeal. It didn't exactly look great on paper. But Mr. Korner agreed to have a free consultation with me to examine my case and hear my side of the story and I was immediately grateful. I was even more grateful when he agreed to take my case and help me in the appeal process. With his help I was able to win my appeal case and have my side of the story told as well as some key facts and information that were initially overlooked. I have no doubt that this was due to the help of Mr. Korner. Without his help I probably never would have been taken seriously by the review board and would have had to continue to drag out this appeal process for even more time than it already took. My only complaints would be that I would have liked to have been kept in touch with more by Mr. Korner in the days leading up to the case. There were times when I felt left in the dark and had no idea what was happening. Still, he did help me win what seemed to be an impossible appeal case and for that I will be eternally grateful.
