My son was in an automobile accident with the other driver being at fault so we had Brown and Croupen representing him legally, but after they collected all of the necessary information needed for the case they called us back with an apology saying they could no longer represent my son. To our surprise they said the reason being was that they were already representing the guy who hit him on another case so they had to drop him. Amanda Sher the former attorney representing my son with Brown and Croupen offered referring us to another lawyer she new but we decided to go with someone else. Afterwards we eventually started getting the runaround regarding a digital copy of my son’s file being emailed to his current lawyer. Even after my son as well as his lawyer submitted through email a copy of a signed contract between the two. We’ve called numerous times making this request as well as emailed Amanda but we’ve still gotten no response. The secretary seems to be giving us misleading information also every time we call. All of a sudden she’s never available, at her desk or in her office for us to speak with her. Before we got another lawyer to represent my son we were able to speak with her directly each time we called but now she won’t take our calls at all. All of this seems to be due to us not going with the lawyer she recommended or her disapproving of his current lawyer so she’s withholding information needed regarding my son’s case. This is all very upsetting especially after realizing we were having him be represented by people like this. It’s evil, unacceptable and unprofessional on her part because she’s a lawyer for this big law firm which makes them look bad. I would not recommend them to anybody after this experience.

Never will use them are referred anyone All about money Don’t care about the client And they get just about more of your settlementThen you get back for doing nothing You giving them all the information You could’ve got all of your settlement without needed them being the three parties And they received most of your money them you☹️

I called about workman's equal rights issue. They couldn't help me.

Had to have BRANDON JACKSON from the STL office represent me in an automobile accident case. Initially tried myself to work with the defendants insurance company stemming from an accident resulting in myself being rear-ended on 64-40 East while sitting at a complete stop by an impact of approximately 45 mile per hour. So the insurance company being a typical insurance company, happy to take your money yet not-so-happy to pay out on claims forced my hand and I made the call.

I was part of the lotronex case in 2003. I have the signed settlement papers and was supposed to receive $40,000. To date 2019 i have yet to receive a penny of it. Scam Scam artists. Do not trust them.

I've talked to the folks at Brown and Croupen two times in five years. One time about medical malpractice, the other about an accident where I was seriously injured, and to date have been laid up for 6 months, still in a cast. Limited mobility and in pain. The people I talked to were very nice and expressed concern for my problem. After I all my info they said they would have an attorney call me back. Both times no one called me back. Both times I received a letter a few weeks later telling me they were not interesy in my case. Very disappointed .

If I could give zero I would. Lawyer assigned to me the worst. I had to call and do work on my own case to find out correct information regarding the car accident I was in. Lawyer says “well, my assistant called on it”. Really? Call a reputable lawyer, not the one with commercials and bill boards all over the place.
