Evy Eschbacher attorney at Stange law firm in Troy is awesome! She Answers questions with a very organized and efficient approach. I have a very difficult case and she is helping move along with ease and as unstressful as possible. I had spoke with Igers Vangjeli when I was unsure if I wanted a divorce. When I decided to retain him for my divorce and as the process unfolded Mr. Vangjeli was with me every step of the way. He was open about how busy he was with other cases but I still felt like me case was his top priority. My exhusband had put me and our infant son in a dangerous and unhealthy situation. Mr. Vangjeli suggested filing an emergency temporary order to protect us from his chosen lifestyle. Mr. Vangjeli really was looking out for my childs best interest. When we met at our last court appearance against my now exhusband the judge made ans unexpected decision to finalized the divorce right then. Mr. Vangjeli and I had 10 minutes to prepare for the request in the decree. Mr. Vangjeli was obviously put on the spot but although he had nearly no time to prepare he remained profession, calm and focused as if he had weeks to prepare. He really knows his matters in family law and was able to provide me with options I didn't even know was possible.

This law firm will rob you blind. A simple divorce with no assets to fight over and they ran up $5000 in fees without doing a single thing. They have multiple meetings internally to discuss your case and charge you for every person in the firm. They do reviews daily and charge you. I was told they worked to help client. What a joke. They have done NOTHING on my case and I have fired them. In s week with another firm we have made progress towards settlement. What did I get for $5k from Stange - NOTHING. Avoid this law firm unless you want to be hosed. They will never t represent you in your best interests. I wish they could be sued for malpractice. Oh and I terminated them 2 weeks ago and they haven’t returned my retainer yet either. Bad people doing a terrible job.

Very helpful staff. I got quick results. they were very patient and understanding, offering solutions to my legal issues.

I 100% echo what Bill Winkler says in his review 7 months ago. They will triple bill you for internal "strategy" meetings yet never come tell you what the strategy is (meetings with assigned attorney, lead attorney, and paralegal). They will also print and scan emails (which you will have already received) and provide you weekly updates, all the while charging you for the scanning time, which was a complete waste of my money. I spent $25,000 with this joke of a law firm. Simple things like Form 14 were never reviewed nor explained to me. Michael Roby was outmatched at EVERY turn by opposing counsel and simply forwarded settlement paperwork to me and asked me to review....with no explanation or review coming from my own legal counsel. When going through a divorce, you seek counsel, but you will not get it from Stange Law Firm. Please look elsewhere and cut your fees by 60%+

Rachel Schafer was a remarkable attorney. Not knowing a lot about getting a divorce, she was there for me every step of the way. No question was left unanswered and she took the time to explain everything. She was courteous and professional the entire time.

Horrible..used them for custody issues..the lawyer was incompetent and they have terrible billing practices. After 20,000 spent nothing
resolved. Shame on me for not doing my homework and trying to stay with a company that would never end this but would just keep taking our money. please look around for other attorneys any other attorney I ever spoke with said they are the worst

My experience was with Robert Herz serving as my attorney.The office was professional in settings and personnel.The journey is complex , Robert was very professional along the experience and the office secretary helped with notarized documents that are needed along the way and keeping the paperwork together.A first class Office,Professional setting and Personal feeling from the staff . After a long, drawn out, inability to come to a middle ground with my daughter's father over custody and visitation, I relied on Kevin from Stange Lawfirm to help get my situation in check for the betterment of the relationship with my ex along with what was best for my daughter. With Kevin's assistance, we were able to come to an agreement to best fit our situation. I walked away from this experience very satisfied with the outcome and knowing I have no questions that we were able to get the best possible parenting plan put in place to benefit my daughter without having to go through a trail. Michael Roby is the worst. Went in for the initial consultation. He concluded i was going to need $2200 for the retainer. My court date was approaching soon but he said he just needed the retainer 5 days before hand to get started. Came up with the money and went in. When i sat down to get signed up he informed me that i was also going to need an additional $5000 in case they went to trial! At no time during the initial consultation did he mention that. I basically wasted my time by not looking for an attorney I could afford and allowed him to screw me over. Michael Roby is a joke and should be disbarred.

Chad Hagar was a great attorney. He always returned my phone calls within a very short period of time and he answered emails quickly. He remained professional at all times even when the other party was extremely difficult to deal with.

I went in with high hopes having read other reviews concerning this firm. My initial consultation went well and I felt confident that my interests would be represented well. Sadly this is where my approval ends. I have a rather simple divorce no assets just a matter of child custody arrangements. I was the respondent to the divorce petition and had to file a response. This was done and cost me over 2000.00. I was shocked. Other attorneys quoted me that price for my entire divorce. I was charged in multiple for everything. A phone call, email, and letter all saying the same thing. Charged for each one. I showed my invoice to other attorneys and they were in shock at how much had been charged. Perhaps for those with unlimited funds to put towards a divorce, this is the right law firm. But if you are on a budget consider them carefully. Perhaps mine is the outlier of good service. I hope so, but as for my personal experience I cannot recommend them

Kelly Davidzuk is my attorney representing me in a complicated divorce and child custody case. She is one of the best and explains the legal terms in a way I can understand. I'm writing this review to let anyone who is in search of an ethical family law firm they need to look no further. From the point of my initial consultation I knew that my personal family law situation was in good hands with attorney Kelly Davidzuk. After discussing the detail of my pending divorce and child custody situation Kelly outlined what steps needed to be taken to obtain these goals. From the moment I retained counsel each step in the process out lined by Kelly began to take place in a way that put my children's best interest in the forefront. I'm not willing to share my personal situation, but I will say this I was in need of immediate legal action to protect my kids best interests. Kelly and the paralegals at the St Charles office Anna as well as Louise at the Troy location worked in tandem to make what seemed an impossible situation work out through the court system in a way that benefits my children whom are innocent of any wrong doing, yet subject poor outcome from bad decisions that had no part in making.
