The ladies were very professional and answered all my questions on a timely manner. The ladies treated me with respect. To my surprise they are mother and daughter.

I only got to speak with Karen once she seemed nice however Stessie is the one who took my case and applied for the wrong kind of disability that I was eneligible for. I'm now having to go about the process alone. I have no idea what Karen is like though

The office of KKB has truly been a life saver for me. Stessie and her team walked me through the entire process and reassured me through the extremely long period of time that they had faith in me that I would get my SSD. My claim was denied the first time and Stessie didn’t hesitate to appeal my claim even after the fact we would be facing the same judge in the appeal hearing. We regrouped got additional medical paperwork and waited for the hearing date. Stessie laid out my claim and challenged the SSA on every point. In the end all we were asking for was what was rightfully mine. I had been in the military and worked 27 years for The Department of Defense and when I had given my all and couldn’t work anymore I needed them to recognize my body was broken because of what I had given. My disability was approved on Oct 15 2019 thanks to the hard work and dedication of Stessie and the crew at the office.
