I was living in Southern California, and needed legal consultation about my father's injuries which happened while he was a patient in a nursing home in Missouri. I heard back from Tim very quickly after reaching out to him by email. We set up an appointment, and I was able to come in and meet with him in-person right away. This was very important to me, because I was only in Jefferson City for a few days before having to fly back to California to return to work, after visiting my father in the hospital.

Tim was very professional, courteous, and listened to everything I told him about my father's experience. Tim explained my legal options in great detail and fully disclosed his services and fees. I was told what could be expected of him, and, in turn, what would be expected of me in order to pursue a case. I appreciated this straightforward approach, as I was going through a very painful and confusing time while dealing with my father's injuries & subsequent death.

Tim was very thorough and made sure no details were left out as he explained all of the steps of the legal process, as daunting as it first sounded. I felt more at ease knowing he would handle the major tasks at hand and essentially be my advocate. As time went on, I worked with other members of his firm, and everyone gave me the utmost understanding and respect. His associate, Joshua Moore, was extremely helpful gathering information and effectively communicating all of the details of each phase. If I had questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately by Tim and/or Josh.

To wrap up this review, Tim was very prompt with the actions he outlined. His updates were very timely. I sent him several emails throughout the process, and he always responded within hours. I appreciate all of the updates as time progressed. I never felt like he had forgotten about me, even though I was in Southern California and they were in Jefferson City. They gave me the compassion and confidence I needed to pursue legal action on my father's behalf.
