Mr. Martinez is prompt, knowledgeable and empathetic. A rarity to find in the legal field. His services were greatly appreciated and the outcome was favorable due to his hard work.

Took my sister's money and screwed her over doing no work, never returning calls and is about the dumbest lawyer out there. Only Donald Trump's lawyers are worse. Notice that his 5 star ratings are fake accounts who have only done 1 review which is this joke.

I don't know what happened to my previous review from 2 years ago but Daniel Martinez is the WORST lawyer I have ever had to deal with. I hired him to write a Cease & Desist letter to a competitor that was harassing & cyber stalking me. He acted all excited about doing it and once I paid him online (we never met in person) he did a crappy job for me and NEVER called me back or responded to me in any way. He did NOT show me the letter before it was sent out and if he had I would NOT have approved it. It was a letter that a 5th grader could write. He did not look at ANY of the information I provided him and also he did not send this Cease & Desist letter by Certified Mail. So who even knows if my stalker received it?? I made him write a second letter to correct all of the mistakes from the first. This guy is not only completely incompetent but he is a scammer. He will feign interest in your case until you PAY him, and then he doesn't care one bit. He won't return calls or emails and his knowledge of law is pathetic. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My family has used Daniel Martinez for traffic violations. He took care of everything. What's good is that he can give you time to pay. He got my warrant dropped even when I didn't have money to pay up front. After a couple months of saving, I was able to go to court and pay off my fines and take care of business without worrying about having a order for arrest over my head Every time I saw an officer.

I can say I have known mr Martinez for a long time, I met his father (an amazing person). Daniel is a fantastic lawyer and he will let you know if he could work on the case or not. Also, do not forget to ask the question to him or any other lawyer if they could work on the case.

This guy is a liar and a scammer. No communication, he tricked me into saying he could help my speeding ticket in a school zone when I just learned in the state of Kansas there is nothing you can do. He took my first check and cashed in on New year's! But has yet to call me or cantact me since. Learned from the city he has pushed back my court date three times and still I haven't heard a word. The last one being just a few days ago. He has taken advantage of me and I'm sure he has done it to others. Do not go to him.

I hired Mr. Martinez to help with a child custody case but after 2 months, he had done very little work on my case that I ended up firing him. I believe he's incompetent when it comes to family law cases such as mine even though he is responsive. What he didn't understand was that making promises without action was not working on the case as it led to nowhere. I recommend hiring somebody knowledgeable with a proven record on family matters. Mr. Martinez all he does is talk with no action and he's very good at it.

Daniel is the man he did everything he said he would for me the guy can work wonders your the man thank you for everything god shines through you

Daniel is great! He works hard to fix issues and does them at a fair and reasonable price. He is a little hard to get a hold of from time to time but has late office hours and willing to accommodate working schedules. He's well educated and knows many attorneys, judges, law offices and other connections.

I have only been in legal trouble once but from what he had done for me was amazing I recommend him highly!

Daniel has great experience is well known in area. Because of this he managed to take my brother out of jail when he had no hope. I recommend him lots.
