Wish I could give this law office negative stars. In April 2014, an apartment complex in Gardner, KS filed an eviction law suit against me using this law office. I was never served papers of the court date, so I was trying to work with the complex to resolve the issue. The complex stopped returning my calls, I became suspicious, did some research in the courts and found that the court date was set and passed ... the plaintiff, of course, won by default ... because this law office NEVER SENT ME NOTIFICATION OF THE COURT DATE!! HOW UNETHICAL IS THAT??? Regardless, I worked with the law office to resolve the issue with the complex. The complex agreed to set aside judgement based on my commitment to stay and rent. Still SMH ...

Ive been a lardlord the last 20 years and it has always been a struggle finding a good eviction attorney was always challenging. The hard part is as a landlord tenants that don't pay are basically stealing from you...and the last thing you need is an eviction attorney that seems like they don't care. Doug...Keisha...Logan they all rock and get my work going fast. Very ethical, friendly, nice I have been working with them the last few years very happy with the legal outcomes I've had.
