Everytime I call nobody answers and they want to ignore me. People seem very rude and unprofessional. I am trying to pay evert month and they lecture me on how small my payment is. Can't wait to be done with them.

Very unprofessional, nobody ever answers the phone, extremely rude and demanding. They definitely try scare tactics to get their way.

Called asking if I could postpone my FINAL payment one month due to finances. The operator was EXTREMELY rude asking my why I couldn't pay or why would I take on other expenses. She then said I cannot miss a payment. I asked what would happen if I did miss it and paid the account off next month. No answer. Hmmm scare tactics at its finest.
