I am a real estate investor and Zach has done great work to set up our business entities and making resolutions. He is very deliberate and timely.

I called the Lund Law offices to inquire about their services because I am an investor/broker with the need of a great attorney on my team. Since this firm had great reviews I was excited to give them a call, I was very disappointed in the way I was treated from the time the phone was answered. I wasn't sure who I was speaking to because he didn't say when answering the phone, so I had to ask. He told be his name was Zach, in a VERY RUDE tone. I asked him if he handled Real Estate deals including (seller's financing), in a VERY RUDE tone, he asked me "what do you mean"? At that time I knew Zach was not the attorney for me so, I stated "never-mind Zach because I'm not liking your tone". Zach then slams the phone down in my face.

I am not sure if this is how attorney's usually handle the public but I can say I have NEVER spoken to someone that has worse customer service as Zach.

Zach was very helpful in setting up our small businesses. He was very calm in explaining the benefits of each type of business and how it would best fit our situation. We intend to use Zach for a very long time.
