I hired Timothy to handle a bunch of really old traffic tickets and a recent issue. He really made the process smooth and easy. He was available to answer all my questions. He also worked with me on payment arrangements. I’m also hiring him for my custody case.

I hired Tim and he did not do ANYTHING for 2 months on a time sensitive custody situation, despite my requests for documents he claimed to have filed (he didn’t). He knew every bit and piece to the situation and ignored countless emails and texts (he went on to excuse it by saying that I hadn’t scheduled anything with his ‘secretary’). I had to send him countless emails demanding my money back with a timeframe. He only returned my money (by hand after saying it was mailed to my ‘address’) after I threatened to report him to the bar, and after over a week of requesting the money back for what he didn’t do. Terrible attorney, good lawyer. Don’t hire this clown.

Inexperienced, don’t waste your time or your money here Tim was awful to deal with

We were referred to Timothy Starosta thru my husbands UAW legal services. He was a very nice person to speak to at our initial meeting and we were very happy to work with him. But, we have had the absolute WORST time with them. We had gone over a month ago just to do a simple will and was told in a week or so, from that appointment, we would have our documents and would be able to have them notarized. I gave him three weeks and tried to call back. Never got an answer or phone calls in return. FINALLY after a month later, I talked to the lady who answers the phone, Kayla. Every day this week I have called and she said she would get ahold of him and call me back. She was very short with me and acted like she didn’t understand what to do. I had sent two emails to Timothy and never had a response. Today, I decided to call back and also send him an email to tell them to not bother doing our will, that I’ll be calling the Legal Service company to make sure that Timothy doesn’t get paid for doing nothing. GUESS WHAT? Kayla called back and said that Timothy would like to have a conference call. Sorry buddy.. you have had a month and a week to get this resolved. If you really wanted to talk, maybe you should have checked your email and read the three emails I have sent you. Or check with your receptionist to see if you have any numbers you need to call back.

We’ve met with Timothy several weeks ago. Going through a divorce and my husband wanted to go through his UAW, which referred us to Starosta Law. The initial meeting was good, but he will not follow up with you, he will not return your phone calls promptly. He lies, says the documents will be sent out that day, he’s told us that twice now. And still no documents. Whatever legal service you need, do NOT go through this law firm unless you want it to be a very SLOW process, and it still may not ever get finished. So run while you can, seek other firms.

We contacted this law firm for a simple will. They scheduled us in with ease and we had a pleasant meeting with Timothy. He was supposed to draft the documents and we would come back to sign and file the following week. I called and left numerous messages for weeks and was met with silence. We had to move on to a different law firm to fill our needs. In the meantime, I am very uncomfortable with Starosta having all our personal information. I have reported them to Hyatt Legal plans to cease their referrals to them. I anticipate their obligatory response will be that they do not have us in their files. They do. And I hope they shred our personal information in good faith.

I called and was told to submit my evidence by email. I never heard back from them. When I called back, the same person (I believe his name was Mike) was rude. I have Hyatt Legal through work. I'm going to contact them. They need to remove them as a provider.

THE PARALLEGAL IS VERY RUDE AND ONLY TELLS U THAT THE LAWYER WILL GET BACK WITH YOU, WHICH HE NEVER DOES. THE PARALEGAL HUNG UP THE PHONE AFTER SAYING THE LAWYER WILL CONTACT ME AND WOULD NOT LET ME EXPLAIN. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!!!!!!
