Had an appointment with Penny Curtis, my husband and I took time off of our jobs to go to the appointment, waited 15 minutes in the office only to be told she wasn't there because she sprained her ankle and that she forgot she had an appointment with us. We were told she would contact us to reschedule the appointment but we never heard anything more from her, not to reschedule, not to apologize, nothing. I get it that things happen where you can't be at work but you are supposed to be a professional, she should have looked at her schedule or had someone else look at it and call the clients to reschedule them and not waste their time having them show up because you "forgot" you even had an appointment.

I had a piece of property that I was trying to sell when the title company found an issue that clouded my title. Penny worked tirelessly to clear my title and bring my deal to close on time. I am forever grateful to Penny for not giving up and working through the challenges to make this property sell.
