Oh my God where do I even begin? I’m using a friends computer and my name isn’t Sharon. I’m actually a man. Fred represented my wife in a forgery case. Yeah I know it’s a crime and she shouldn’t be doing it. But she did and she got “appointed” Fred. I swear his check comes from the prosecutors office. Before he came onboard we had a plea bargain in place. All he had to do is find his way to the courtroom and turn in some paperwork. Let’s just say I’m surprised he found the courtroom. It was supposed to be an amended plea to something called “making a false writing” which would circumvent the mandatory jail time associated with forgery. Well, for whatever reason he had her plead guilty to forgery but we didn’t know until sentencing and the judge gave her 60 days in the county. I ask Fred what the hell happened and he looked at me with this moronic lost face and said he surely didn’t know. Then he said it was too late to fix it. That was an absolute lie. He could of filed a simple motion but then again the plea bargain was a simple motion. I don’t know how he made it thru law school. The man is just dumb and lazy and scared to actually practice law.
