James Young is an amazing attorney. He fought wisely for my son in what always felt like an uphill battle. Upon first meeting him he was straight forward in telling me that the results that I desired were going to be extremely difficult to obtain. In the end he was able to get guardian ad litem on our side and the judge to agree to exactly what I thought was the best custody arraignment for my son. I didn't always agree with his methods but I trusted him. The only reason why I didn't rate him 5 ⭐️ is because the women that answer the phone don't ever know anything about your case. They won't answer even the simplest questions without having to talk to Jim directly. Not long ago they had a woman working there named Amy and she just made the practice. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. She not only had empathy for what you are going thru but she could also answer pretty much any questions you had about your case. She moved on to greener pastures and was replaced by women that can only take a message, make an appointment, or call you back after they speak to your attorney directly. Which can take hours or days sometimes. So although the front office is frustrating at times James Young is the man you need if you're struggling with a custody agreement. He's well known and respected amongst the judges and guardian ad litems. He's a straight shooter and will plow right thru the bologna to get you the results you need and want.
